Hereby appoint , as Power of Attorney.

He authorized to exercise all granted rights religiously, legally, and customarily. He has the right to open current accounts, deposit amounts, and withdraw it under his signature. He entitled to open documentary and non-documentary credits. He entitled the withdrawal, endorsement of commercial papers and cashes its amounts. He authorized to receive all documentary and non-documentary bills of exchange as well paying its amounts. I authorize him the overdraft granted to me by the banks. He delegated the mortgage of movable and non-movable money to ensure facilitate granted to me before the banks. He entitled to hold and sign all contracts, bank warranty, letters of guarantee, and power of attorney. He entitled the opening and withdrawal of saving and deposit accounts. He has the right of presence to open deposit cabinets and boxes besides the receipt of its contents. He authorized to deposit and receive fixed and temporally amounts along with its benefits. He has the right to mortgage and deposit goods at warehouses. He entitled to review all the official, semi-official departments, and all commercial institutions. He has the right to sign requests and forms. He entitled to review customs departments and clear my goods. He authorized to pay all fees and expenses required along with objecting the outcome customs decisions till the end. He authorized to review all foreign exchange departments, property, and income taxes. He authorized to review departments of real estate registry to perform my transactions and file lawsuits. He has the right of acknowledgement, waiver, reconciliation, arbitration, and direct oath. He authorized to refuse the judges and to complaint them. He entitled to conduct the warnings by the notary public and demand the personal right. He authorized to review the departments of implementation to execute the decisions and documents. He entitled to place the reservation provisional and executive. He has the right to request the imprisonment of the debtor and the request for release. He has the right to reconcile for part or the whole debt. He entitled to challenge all legal provision. He has the right to take, cash, buy, rent, release, and hire a third party for some or whole of the powers mentioned above here.
