Pension Power of Attorney for Iraq

A power of Attorney for Pension authorizes the agent to exercise the client’s right to review the Iraqi General Directorate of Retirement and the Board of the National Pension to end his retirement transactions. This power of Attorney expires with the end of the legal act, or the specified period set forth within the instrument, or the death or insanity of one party.

Special Power of Attorney

I, the undersigned

Hereby appoint , as my attorney-in-fact.

I authorized him to review Board of the National Pension and the General Directorate of Retirement to finish my Retirement Transaction and issue my Identity of Retirement. He entitled the receipt of my pension, financial dues, and all backlog pensions from all Iraqi Banks either inside or outside Iraq. He authorized the deposits and withdrawals of the pension. He entitled to review all State Departments concerning that. He authorized to sign all the required documents in order to complete the transactionand the receiving of pension. He authorized to review the Notary Public departments to abolish all special Power of Attorney notarized before me concerning the receipt of my pension. He authorized to hire a third party for some or whole of the above mentioned powers. In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my signature.
