Nationality Affairs Power of Attorney for Iraq

A Special Power of Attorney for Nationality Affairs deputizes the agent the right to revise Iraqi State Departments, the Civil Status Directory, and the Iraqi Ministry of Interior to issue Iraqi Nationality certificate on behalf of the client. This power of Attorney expires with the end of the legal act, or the specified period set forth within the instrument, or the death or insanity of one party.
