He authorized to review the Central Bank of Iraq, Foreign Exchange Departments, Ministry of interior, Consular Department, and the Department of ratifications. He entitled to review Nationality Department, Civil Status Directory to issue my ID (Civil Status Identification), Certification of Iraqi Nationality, and everything concerning the selling of the above mentioned. He authorized to issue the validity of the certificate of Iraqi Nationality. He entitled to review all the departments, officials, and Semi-officials institutions. He authorized to cash, open statements, and final approval. He has the right of secretion, abandon, reunification, and consensual division.
